Staff calendars, blocked dates and automatic slot recovery

Think about a busy week. One staff member is on leave, Friday is a public holiday, and a few customers start a booking but never finish paying. This release handles all three.

Each staff member now has their own calendar view and schedule controls. Blocked dates take care of holidays, maintenance hours and days off. And when a checkout is abandoned, Syncli releases the slot automatically, so it's open again for a customer who will pay.
