  3. User Accounts
    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Syncli is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use.
  4. Use of the Platform
    You agree to use Syncli only for lawful commercial purposes. You may not:
    • Sell or promote illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or restricted products/services.
    • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or abusive communications.
    • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
    • Impersonate any person or entity.
    • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  5. Compliance with Meta & WhatsApp Policies
    Syncli integrates with third-party platforms including Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. By using these integrations, you agree to comply with all applicable Meta and WhatsApp terms, policies, and commerce rules. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Obtaining proper user opt-in before sending messages
    • Only sending messages users have consented to receive
    • Following WhatsApp messaging, commerce, and business policies
    • Not using Syncli to send spam, phishing, or misleading content
    Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your Syncli account.
  6. Customer Consent & Messaging Responsibility
    You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining lawful consent from your customers before sending them messages via WhatsApp or any integrated channel. Syncli does not verify consent and is not responsible for how you communicate with your customers.
  7. Payments and Fees
    Syncli provides tools to help businesses manage customer payments but does not directly process payments. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. You agree to comply with the terms of those providers and pay all applicable fees.
  8. Orders and Transactions
    Businesses using Syncli are solely responsible for fulfilling customer orders, handling refunds, disputes, and customer service. Syncli is not responsible for product delivery, quality, or transaction outcomes.
  9. Third-Party Services
    Syncli integrates with third-party services including Meta (WhatsApp), payment gateways, and other providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service disruptions caused by third-party platforms.
  10. Data Usage & Privacy
    By using Syncli, you acknowledge that customer data (such as phone numbers and message content) may be processed and transmitted through third-party platforms like WhatsApp in order to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use and share this data.
  11. Intellectual Property
    All content on Syncli, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Syncli and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or distribute our content without permission.
  12. Suspension and Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, misuse WhatsApp or Meta services, or engage in activity that could harm Syncli, its users, or third parties.
  13. Disclaimer of Warranties
    Syncli is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
  14. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syncli shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
  15. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Syncli after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
  16. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
