Who we are

Syncli Pty Ltd is a South African software company. We build Syncli, a platform on the official WhatsApp Business API that lets medium and large businesses run sales, bookings, payments and customer support on WhatsApp from one number.

We are an approved Meta Tech Provider, which means we connect businesses to the official WhatsApp Cloud API directly and follow Meta's policies, so our customers' numbers aren't put at risk by unofficial tools. Syncli took part in the YouthStartCT 2026 programme.

Why WhatsApp

In South Africa, WhatsApp is where customers already talk to each other, and increasingly where they want to talk to businesses. But most businesses still run WhatsApp from a phone per branch, copy and paste the same answers all day and ask customers to pay by EFT and send a screenshot.

We started Syncli to fix that: one shared inbox for the whole team, automation that answers the repeat questions, and checkout, bookings and payments that happen inside the chat instead of on a separate website.
